My Gantt chart plan has allowed me to maintain a consistent schedule for where my work should be throughout the project, and allowed me to create a final product I am satisfied with. However I feel that I could have improved upon the final product if I had devoted more weeks to learning how to use the modelling program. In place of the full six weeks designated for completing my research I could have delayed researching my specific dioramas specifications until week four or five and instead used those allotted timeslots for research as additional time to further learn how the program works and short cuts that can be used. I believe this would have allowed me to improve upon my diorama more efficiently as there were some features present within the concept phase of my diorama that could not be implemented into the finalised product due to my lack of knowledge with the program for example dynamic lighting which would have added aesthetical ambience and shadowing to the diorama which would have allowed for a higher mark.
